You get what you pay for

Requires a lot of force to open - mechanism does not work every time, sometimes the latch snaps and you have to close the drawer manually - the plastic parts are already wearing after a week of use . piss off! I will switch to normal

Installing the printer in the niche of the table was ideal!

I was looking for a drawer for a printer. Ordered these came very quickly thought and worked perfectly. Mounted upside down on the underside of the stained ebony, then pulled out and screwed into the rail at the top of the drawer. 18 inches was the perfect length for a closet. You can now pull out the printer and place items to copy or scan. The seat is right next to the table and the screen, which is much more convenient and frees up table space. Very happy with the result of the project!

Good for some things, not others due to the elasticity of the spring

They are economical but very difficult to open for their size. A 10" rail fits in a small (lightweight) box and you have to pull quite hard to get past the receiver spring to close it easily. If you're using them on a small table or other small piece of furniture, there's a good chance you'll move the table by pulling before the drawer opens. If used on top of a built in cupboard or a heavy object (like mine) this shouldn't be a problem. Unlike (much) more expensive slides, there is no way to…
