No questions. Cuts wood and plastic like butter.

I see some people complaining that the wheel fails after the first use because it gets too hot. This is likely to occur when too much of the circle's surface is in contact with the substrate being cut. It is important that only the cutting edge makes contact with the object being cut so the blade does not heat up beyond its built in cooling capacity.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

Impressive: Power and Hand Tools

This is a weekend warrior, but I make enough projects and use enough power tools to have realistic expectations of a basic Dremel accessory. I am installing new stair treads and had to cut the moldings around the existing treads. The sawing worked fine, but I had to clean up those cuts a bit and that helped. Lightly crafted and well cut. Recommended for cutting wood in small areas.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Speed of work

He throws the tree like a marmot. QUICKLY !

I cut small cedar boards into "blocks" to assemble the layout. I split the boards with a utility knife and squared them with rotating grinding wheels, sanding drums, cut-off wheels and saw blades. Everything I used was boring and wasted a lot of time and wood material. This wood cutting wheel does the job in one step. fast, easy and economical. I am very happy with the results.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Great little cutter, with caveats.

A utility knife that can do what few other tools can. Whether you need to carve something in a small space or cut something fairly finely, this does a decent job. However, this cutter has its limitations as it cuts some materials better than others. Do not attempt to cut metal or very hard objects such as concrete or stone. It works on wood, plastic and other not very dense materials. It becomes blunt like any blade. The harder you work with it, the faster it gets boring.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

I love the Dremel when used as the primary rotary tool for polishing, sanding and drilling small items. If you use it as a cutter, it works great when cutting a small bolt. Do you use a Dremel to cut wood? I do not like it at all. It's hard to control him. A cheap electric jigsaw cuts better and is easier to use on small items too. You can buy a cheap jigsaw for almost the same price as this blade. I found the blade also tended to burn wood rather than cut cleanly. Maybe with practice you could

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Cut slowly, let the blade do its job and it will last a long time!

Great tool! When laying the laminate floor it was necessary to cut the strips at the bottom as I didn't want to remove them because of the bell and varnish. I wanted to be able to tuck the new flooring under the moldings for a cleaner look. This tool worked flawlessly. I've read some reviews from people complaining that it wears out too quickly. I literally cut 40 4" diameter moldings, this blade still works, just cut at a lower speed and let the blade do its job, don't press hard at all, letโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Always read the instructions.

I got this from a large set of Dremel bits that I got because I needed to sand down the edges of some floor tiles in our kitchen. It seemed to take forever and I was a bit nervous because the rim of the wheel kept turning bright orange. When I was done, I noticed that although the wheel was badly worn, had a few small cracks and was banged to hell by a quick-release mandrel, it was still intact. I was even more impressed that it didn't explode under my nose when I discovered it was designed toโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

A very versatile wood cutting tool!

I don't have any woodworking equipment or tools. So I bought this wheel along with my Dremel and my extension. I used it to create a bespoke nativity scene for my Willow Tree Christmas. Not only has it performed great, but it's ready for a lot more woodworking. It shows almost no signs of wear and is only cosmetic. I made this crib out of 1/2" planking and 1/4" planks with a few different trim pieces here and there. I used this cutter exclusively, no saws or attachments. Most of what I used was
