We bought this for the area near our basement doors which allows water into our basement during heavy rain. This is a great device - portable, easy to use, the carpet dries quickly (the carpet is glued on, no foam underneath) and the cord can be stored separately which is great.

The hardware looks good but there is no Legend Rewards Points certification if you are a retailer and can read this. You can send me a photo of the certificate and I will improve the score. Unit works, looks pretty good, if I have any complaints I'll let you know

For car detailing with carpet and upholstery drying, this works amazing! Have two of these that will speed up drying time in a snap! The only small point of criticism is that you have to be careful that the legs of the device do not mark the seating surfaces with their imprint. I cut out some rubber blocks to distribute the weight.

My only gripe so far is that they are a bit pricey for what really boils down to a down fan. However, it dries quickly in the car interior at our parts warehouse and also dries incredibly quickly in our car wash. To the point where I can physically WATCH it dry out the moment I start it. This is a good buy if you can afford to splurge.

I'm only writing this review because it's not as loud as some of the other reviews. This is a fan whose blades rotate at high speed. If you want a light spring breeze to gently caress your wet floor, then this isn't for you. However, if you need lightweight gear that pulls air from the sky and directs it to your ground, get this fan. Seriously, I use them to quick dry carpets after HWE (hot water removal). Works perfectly.

Great for drying in hard to reach places I had to use this item two weeks ago we had a lot of rain this summer Northeast Boston area I noticed that my Hardwood at the base of the floor was damp and moldy, I had to rip the hardwood at the base of the wall, 2 x 4 was a water log at floor level. I used this product to dry the floor and 2 x 4 this work is perfect to dry everything completely. I'll leave the wall open to see where the water is coming from. This item is perfect for a quick dry.

We had a bit of flooding but according to the moisture meter my husband was given there was still moisture under the hardwood floor. Ordered this fan to remove moisture and found it to be a bit noisy (correspondingly it moves a lot of air which is not bad from the next room with the door closed) but seems to get the job done. I woke up on Sunday with one of my worst fears. One of my aquariums leaked during the night and I lost about 30% of the water in the aquarium. Needless to say, my floor was wet.
