I've used it in the mountains where I had to walk along streams. For this purpose it works fine. I wouldn't use them as hiking shoes though. My only complaint is that small particles like sand can get into the shoe and irritate your feet. They drained really well but stayed quite wet so I had to turn them off at the end of the day and let them dry even though they were last used in the water a few hours ago.

Bought 2 pairs of these for my 19 year old twins because we were going to Zion to walk the Narrows and of course they only had vans! They both loved the look and feel of the shoe (and believe me when I say they are very picky). We walked 11 miles down the river (over 8 hours) and while there might have been a few complaints, they didn't touch their shoes! They were worth their money. Very good if you are hiking in areas where there is water. Good price!

I bought this with the L-RUN water walking shoes. I needed something for hiking the easy to moderate trails in Hawaii in search of waterfalls. I had high hopes for SOBASO because of their stronger profile and larger mesh sizes. Unfortunately they were not suitable for walking around the house.
