Installed with the latest ESP8266 Deauther software. With this software, you can perform different attacks to test WiFi networks. Note: the ESP8266 only supports 2.4GHz. This ESP8266 development board comes with an integrated 18650 charging system, OLED display and a 3 way momentary slide switch. Difference: Comapared to Deauther OLED V6, Deauther Monster V5 contains a USB Output and 4 Flashlight LED. Package content : Deauther Monster V5*1, 10P Pinheader*1, 8db antenna*1, Screw*8, Support4*4, Arcylic case*2, Battery connector*1, Battery wire*1. For OLED NOT DISPLAYING ISSUE: please log in from the phone and check the setting dashboard, there is the attack time setting and the display setting, checkout the display setting if it is turned on or not. Broken Screen best in my review

Screen has lines in it and is completely unreadable. I got the last one too so would not be able to exchange, so I guess it is what it is.

  • Does what it says it does. Fun little toy.

Awesome little gadget!

It's a great gadget, you could find this for a bit cheaper on the official website, the battery cable gets stuck and I had to use a clamp to take it out. The on & off switch doesn't work at all. Honestly, these 2 things don't kill the entire product so it's still pretty good.

Pros
  • Spacehun is a master of wireless devices and this thing is an excellent troubleshooting device
Cons
  • The device is relatively expensive, which may deter some potential buyers who are looking for a more budget-friendly option

Nice for beginners - my new review

This device works well. The controls are very intuitive and user friendly as is the software. I would reccomend this to beginners.

Pros
  • Cool little device to insure privacy and phones off in office and dining room
Cons
  • The battery life is incredibly short, meaning that users will need to frequently recharge the device to keep it working

Works as advertised

It's a Deauther. Not much to say about it, and it's not much that I can't do with my normal computer, but it's definitely handy for pentesting.

Didn't work but fixable

it was in 3 pieces loosely in the box with the bubble "bag" sitting on top of the pieces. Put it together. didn't work. took a min to figure out but had to re-soldier the usb connector due it wasn't even finished being soldiered initially.

  • Awesome deauther , upgraded to to 2.5 works like a charm

  • The 3-way momentary slide switch can be confusing to use for those who aren't familiar with the device, making it less user-friendly
