Plug and Play - Solar Panels

I love this solar charger. I had it on my boat last summer and it worked great and I never had to worry about a dead battery. Just plug it in and it's ready to go, and I knew the support was always there when I needed it. I definitely recommend it

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

Met expectations with generators and portable power supplies

Use small boat with trolling motor Previously limited to about 4 hours a day with a small battery. Gave it a chance to extend life and it worked great, I worked 7 hours a day with plenty of momentum in the trolling motor. Quality component and multiple adapters

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

A must for boating or camping.

A must for everyone. I love this little thing and am about to get another one. It is compact, durable and suitable for small needs. I would recommend it for boating or camping. I used it for a power outage last week. We could cook and stay cool. Nice to have on hand.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Doubt

Works great, charges 800cc battery. see installed on the boot.

Works great charging 800cc batteries. cm mounted on a boat trailer in a tool box. Mounted plate above the tool box. very durable look. I actually walked on it several times as advertised. The trailer has an electric winch, 2 electric jacks and lights.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not sure

Keeping Batteries Charged

I have two DURAVOLT marine solar panels on my boat to keep starting, home and trolling engine batteries charged. I keep my boat in the water and before using the DuraVolt solar panel my batteries were dead and my bilge pumps couldn't handle the rain. I've been off the boat and haven't seen it for maybe two weeks and this problem has always bothered me. Now for the past 3 seasons I have had a 12 volt DuraVolt solar panel plugged into my cigarette lighter and when I go to the boat the volt meter…

Charging our crappy OEM marine battery on a road trailer

Set up this panel to charge our battery while it's being stored outside in a mini warehouse. Our battery continued to run low. We installed a switch on the battery and used the items from the battery cable kit > we need to purchase stainless steel nuts to attach the cables to the battery. I also bought gun locks and a sidecar lock to keep the fairing from coming loose. So far the panel has kept the battery fully charged. When we take the trailer we can easily unlock the fairing and…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

The best you can do for your marine battery!

Now I have four of them. Two 4x4s and two Honda jet skis are hooked up to batteries to keep them charged. If I buy batteries for about a hundred dollars each every year, I can now service the battery for at least four years (I don't know yet since my four-wheelers are still running). I used Lexel glue to glue them to the tin roof of the barn. I have a 50 foot cable connecting my quads and a 25 foot cable connecting my jet skis. There were no problems with this extra length of wire. I recommend…
