Something was a lot cheaper and everything worked

Cheaper than auto parts stores. My mechanic installed it today. Has worked as it should. If you look at this pump, buy it, it works great

DO NOT BUY better fuel pumps and accessories

11 months and a few miles. He ripped off the pressure regulator hose and left me stranded. Towing bill and store bill for $600 cheap part! Since I thought it couldn't be the fuel pump, I just swapped it out. DO NOT BUY, it will cost you more in a few months.

Great packaging - works great

We were impressed with this product. I ordered it for our mechanic to install. He informed us that it was packaged and presented to the smallest detail, as well as a genuine part and felt it had the same build quality. Installed for over a month with no problems.

Stops working after a few weeks

Don't buy, broken after 3 months. All work on replacing the pump must be carried out again. Do you know other people who also bought it and had the same problem and stopped working within a few weeks. Avoid the hassle of doing the job twice to save some money. Not worth the trouble

Not satisfied!: Fuel system

Purchased in April 2019 and I now need to replace it in June 2020 after it suddenly failed leaving me on the side of the road! When I bought it he said it fits my expedition, now he says it doesn't! What's happening? Now I'm paying again for the more expensive version and the labor, not to mention the towing and inconveniences I experience.

Very poor quality 🤷🏾‍♂️

Bought this pump on 18/12. About a week later my wife complained and said the pressure gauge wasn't working, there was a red flag right there. 5 months have passed and this pump is dying. I would say maybe I was just unlucky and got a defective pump. But judging by all the other reviews I would say this product is poorly designed and I would only have a refund. Broken part, cheaply made with no heat shrink but has fittings or hoses, looks like kitchen made

I am an ASE certified auto and heavy vehicle technician, I bought this unit for my wife's Expedition 03, after the fuel pump failed. I bought it and installed it on January 11, 2019. It broke down on May 22, 2019, now I have to remove the tank again and redo the work. They say they have a two year warranty but if the pump fails within a year then there is definitely a manufacturing issue. I have been working in this field for 20 years. I will never buy DWVO products again.
