Great damper at a good price.

Improved the sound of my Montero, making it smooth and deep. Also has slightly more power and fuel economy! Much better than a standard turbo muffler and not as noisy due to the fiberglass padding which is designed to reduce self-resonance.

Good cushioning in a compact package.

Put this on our 4 cylinder BMW race car after a failed sound check at Thunder Hill. Just a straight pipe and that muffler on the 4-banger is a great harsh sound that you can hear compared to other cars but not too loud. We passed the sound check at Laguna Seca, one of the toughest tracks in the world. I would imagine it would be very quiet with a cat or a resonator. The word "turbo" is a bit misleading.

I saw this one for a great price and Dynomax claimed it was their quietest muffler.

I had a rusty factory muffler on my old Saturn SC1. I didn't want to pay for the exact same restrictive muffler. I saw this one for a great price and Dynomax claimed it was their quietest muffler so I decided to give it a try. It's very quiet, barely louder than the stock muffler. I guess the flow got better but I was glad it didn't make the car uncomfortable. That's a win in my book!

High consumption = performance, increased highway mileage.
