Item exactly as described, shipping not great

The laptop arrived exactly as advertised - with a clean install of Windows 10, in near perfect condition (I couldn't have said it was refurbished if I was I was not said). Tested with the same programs running on my previous laptop which caused the fans to run quite loud at times which probably meant I was overloading the machine. No audible fans, although this laptop claims to have almost the same specs as my old one - the same processor type and RAM. In fact, they're both Dells. I think my…

If you can get all the parts working it's a very good computer

I've had a Latitude E6400 for about ten years. It was a workhorse and I wore out 3 keyboards on this machine before our cat broke the last one and inspired me to find a Win10 computer for my late one after Win7 E6400. Everything about this computer, the E6440, is an improvement over the E6400. Wi-Fi is faster, Bluetooth really works, the backlit keyboard is really pleasant to type on, my old software installed flawlessly (including ProTools 11 HD), and Win10 setup and authentication was a…

Reliable support from seller

I had problems with the first laptop I received and without boring you with details, the seller worked with me to the end. That was key for me because it wasn't a new product and like a used car you need honesty from the sellers, I got it from Sun Micro. The laptop is a classic and my fourth overall. The ergonomics are amazing, the speed impressive. Excellent power management and fully customizable graphics. I have had this item for five months with no outstanding issues. The review is most…

Latitude not as high quality as Inspriron

I'm fine with Latitude; The two hundred dollars I spent was in anticipation of what all the reviews said - I was going to have to buy a battery in no time. Briefly about what is good and what is bad, people understand. The good news is that most people have found that they prefer Dell laptop keyboards, and that's for sure. People with $2,000 computers buy another $1,000+ Dell XPS just because they realized too late that keyboard comfort is so important. The bad - the comfortable Latitude…

The product works, but - Computers and accessories

The product works well but the case has a crack that prevents the screen from opening and closing. Not bad for a few hundred dollars. I have contacted the seller. There is no answer yet. Let's see if they come back to me!

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

I knew I was buying a refurbished laptop, but I didn't expect it to be so obvious. They put some kind of paint on some of the warning buttons etc which rubs off slightly after about a week of use. The keys also fall out easily. It didn't have a real version of Windows, but some kind of digital version that I'm not sure you're legally using because it keeps asking you to activate Windows. I feel like I'm using a used laptop, not a refurbished one. If I didn't need it for work I would just send…

Nice upgrade, best in laptops

This replaces my Dell Latitude E5500 which is over 8 years old. I previously bought an E6440 for my daughter in December 2017 from another supplier, Revain, with mixed reviews. I have never had experience buying from ITSupplyGuy and there is a 4 star review from Laurie. The packaging was excellent and lived up to the description of the lone reviewer. I'm glad I placed the order based on the only review. I replaced the hard drive with a Samsung SSD, now it works like new. There is one downside…

DO NOT buy from this seller!

I bought this laptop a few months ago to use at school as I'm a computer science student. I usually code/program on my home computer, but I thought it would be nice to have a portable laptop that I can take to school so I can code on the go. The coding IDEs I use are very low power and do not require a high performance computer to run these programs. However, the performance of this laptop was very, very poor. Not only did the battery never die (needs to be plugged in constantly to work or shut

A good solution for a laptop when you don't need a warranty

Our company buys quite a lot of refurbished laptops and PCs. As someone who has used the Dell Latitude range since the D600 in the early 2000s, I feel pretty comfortable speaking about the quality of this product. We somehow found the formula of getting an E6430 or E6440 with at least an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM and installing a new SSD and found it really effective for most of our users. However, I have gone from one reseller to another with varying delivery and product qualities; mostly…
