Tracking software has made a real difference for our staffing company

I like how easy it was for our staff to use with no training needed at all! Plus we could see exactly where we were wasting time or money in any given area - which really helped us make smart decisions about what areas need attention next month. There's not much that i dislike so far. It does take some getting used too but once you do everything should be relatively simple from there. We've been able to cut down on wasted time (and therefore labor) while also increasing accuracy when tracking…

Pros
  • Great integration into Excel
  • Easily configurable without coding experience necessary.
  • Very powerful features such as custom fields, dynamic scheduling rules among other things..this makes life very flexible comparedto previous options available within Microsoft Dynamics AX 2013 & 2016 environments.etc etc
Cons
  • Configuring certain aspects is still somewhat complex/difficult because users needs programming knowledge
  • Reporting data requires special setup / configuration

Easy to use, helpful customer service and great software!

I like that you can easily see what products are going out with low stock levels or even worse no product in at all! It helps me keep track if any items need restocking soon which also saves money for my small biz since i don't have time/money (or brain)to do it myself everyday!! You could definitely make some improvements but overall this software has been great so far because we've never had an issue using them yet.   • The ability to quickly view everything about inventory as well
  • Easy access where ever your computer is located, whether laptop desktop phone tablet anywhere.
  • Not needing multiple programs just one program works across ALL platforms without issues
  • they respond within minutes usually
