I like how easy it was for our staff to use with no training needed at all! Plus we could see exactly where we were wasting time or money in any given area - which really helped us make smart decisions about what areas need attention next month. There's not much that i dislike so far. It does take some getting used too but once you do everything should be relatively simple from there. We've been able to cut down on wasted time (and therefore labor) while also increasing accuracy when tracking costs. With this system we can track each employee's hours worked and calculate per hour rates quickly and easily. This helps our managers understand who they're paying properly for their work.
