I purchased an adapter for my two-way radio, hoping it would improve my communication .When I tried this product I was disappointed with what I got. The adapter was poorly designed and did not work as intended. The connection was patchy, and I could barely hear what was being said. I was left feeling frustrated and OUT of luck. Electronics should be made to work, but unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations..

Great product and works as advertised. BUT. The reason for the 3 stars was that I had to modify this device to make it work for me. I work on patrol, and during my time on the road, getting in and out of my patrol unit, I found the simple screw mount that attaches the adapter to my radio loose.
