Not as durable as I had hoped.

After a single use on a medium sized grill that wasn't even very dirty, about half the block crumbled into powder. I know the material should peel off during use, but this product is a lot less durable than expected. It will disappear in one or maybe two more uses.

Good product short life

I used it to clean baking steel. This works well if you get rid of any large baked goods beforehand. The stone wears out quickly so you're wasting your money if you use it to separate a few large pieces that could otherwise be knocked off with a fork. For the specific purpose I'm using it for, it does its job well. Life will still be short

Better than a grill brush

The grill stone is far superior to any brush. First, grill brushes are notorious for leaving metal bristles behind, which are extremely dangerous. I would never endanger my family with a grill brush. In addition, the Grill Stone cleans the grill grates much better than a brush. Just remember to wipe the…

Too fragile!: Grill Brushes

If I still had my little kettle grill I would love it. But I have a built in 42 inch NG grill, drop down burner and trager. It takes 2-3 bricks to remove all the bars and leaves an ugly mess. It removes better than anything, but it doesn't. Other tips like using half a lemon, other types of cleaners and brushes, and just a quick scrub with water on a hot grill work almost as well and leave no crumbs. "Pumice" marked. . Too much barbecue sauce too soon ( the sugar in the sauces bakes the grill…

Works better than a wire brush!

After worrying that the pieces of wire could fall off the wire brush and get on our food as was recently reported in the news, we decided to try the stones. There isn't a store in our area, Sears, Lowes, Home Depot and other places that usually sell BBQ supplies sell stones so I ordered them here at Revain. My husband loves them! He said they clean the grill better and with less grease than a brush! Someone said that the stone is used up pretty quickly, but he thinks that's not true. He uses…
