I like that it's easy to use, has many features including real time data analysis & reporting which helps me with my day-to-day work in managing our account activity as well as risk assessment (which are key areas we're working hard at improving). It does have some quirks - sometimes when you click around or make changes there can be lag times before everything updates / reloads properly so keep this mind if using within an office where others may access your computer etc. but otherwise great…

It also has an API available so I can integrate with other applications if need be. The platform is very slow at times (I'm talking minutes).
