These shoes run small. It was too short and too narrow. It just doesn't fit my feet. I had to go back. I love Easy Spirit shoes but not in this particular style.

This shoe with velcro was to be used to put a splint on my foot that will heal. When I saw that I needed a "wider" size I almost bought it until I saw the price of $80 vs $29. Until my ankle heals, I'll do something else. Well made shoes.

Real leather! Yess!ES makes them from "faux leather" that is very pleasant to the touch. They are sharp and uncomfortable. I did a lot of research on my size for the real leather version, and here's why: I have severe pain in the upper part of the foot in sneakers due to the high instep. With elastic laces and an easy-to-adjust Velcro strap, these shoes help me get through the day without having to toss my shoes across the room after 2 hours.
