The user-friendly interface makes it very easy to use for beginners. It has all the features that a hotel owner needs in one place, which is great! I am able to access my data from anywhere and anytime with ease. Sometimes there are issues with the site crashing or not loading properly. When this happens, it can make it difficult to find your information. However, since it's an online software, you don't have to worry about losing things once you close your computer. This program helps me keep
