Not as described in the "Fans and Cooling " section

Not included in the scope of delivery of the Peltier cooler described. I bought this thinking the combo would be cheaper than putting it together, I guess I just have to buy a cooler.

It's not very difficult to do something like this, but) there is absolutely no documentation on how the fan and heatsink "should" be connected; not even on their websiteb) there is no indication on the fan of how the wind will blow; At least the one I've tried blows in the opposite direction when installed as shown in the pictures - meaning cold air is drawn into the radiator, cooling the edges more than the center. c) Polarity reversal means it doesn't work at all, rather frustrated.
