Valve cover gasket didn't fit

Belt was fine. Water pump and bearings were fine. The sealing holes were too small. Threw it away and bought it from a local parts store.

Close but not timing/pump kit

Haven't ridden but pump was almost right, was 1/8/[ height when cast so had to cut timing cover, spring on wrong tensioner, wrong valve seal covers. I hope you are smarter than me and reading the reviews lol (92 miata)

The pad sucks everything else out great!

The water pump works great, has been running for 2 months, no problems with it. It came at the estimated time, everything came up except for the gasket. As I've read in other reviews I was kind of prepared that this would be good value for money in a pinch. The car has been serviced and used as a daily driver.

Water pump and timing belt fit 1990s Miata. Valve seal and tensioner #

Timing belt and water pump fits and works on a 1990 1.6 Miata. However, the valve cover gasket does not fit, the bolt holes are too small and the timing belt tensioner spring does not fit , and I had to reuse the old spring. You get what you pay for.

great kit for the price and delivered on time

great kit for the price probably saved $100 by not buying individual parts in the auto zone. in any case in the car zone. But hey, I think I still saved $90, so I'll probably order from this store again in the future

Will not fit 1990 Miata

This water pump will not fit 1990-93 Miata. Should have read the reviews before buying. Saved a lot of time and headaches. The seller has you jumping through hoops to process a refund that I ended up just buying a new water pump from Autozone and throwing it away. Terrible experience. Take your $$$ somewhere else. Oh stars.

Do not do that! for toothed belt set

This "kit" is complete junk for an early Miata. I'm not sure what that water pump is actually up to, but it's no Miata. The pulley bolt holes are too close together, the sides are completely different, and the pin holding the tension spring is misaligned widely. After reading that the valve cover gasket and timing belt pulley are different, I decided to ditch the entire kit and buy parts from a trusted source. Most of the kit is fine, but there will be something that doesn't fit or is missing.

I bought this for my 1993 Mazda Miata. I paid a little more for this product as it had slightly better reviews than some other sellers with a similar product hoping I would get better results. Unfortunately, I have not. The crankshaft sealing ring does not fit. The outside diameter of the delivered product corresponds to the inside diameter. I also didn't get the flat rubber gasket that was supposed to fit on the water pump but is shown in the picture. Camshaft seals are ok. The plumbing also…
