Turned out fast good for electric fuel pumps

I have used this for fuel transfer. It worked for a few minutes and then stopped working. The replacement did the same so I assume they are fragile.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Long wait

Amazing pump for old carbs!

Everything you need is included, including fastening material! Very easy to install and works great with my Weber 32/36 DGV. This is on a 1980 Volkswagen Rabbit Truck.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Negative impression

All 3 fell out in 1 week.

Received one, it failed after 1 week with an internal circuit break. I wouldn't even do dyno tests. I tried 2 more as the machine needs 2. BOTH fail after 1 week. They were still running, but not pumping gas. New tanks and fuel. Fuel entered the inlet of the pumps, but nothing came out. Enough said.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Fits

Failed right out of the box. Pure waste of time.

The wedding was right out of the box. Very noisy, no way to consume fuel. I bought Edelbrock because it was part of a well known brand. Replaced it with a cheap nameless pump which I used to pump gas between tanks. This pump is quiet and works perfectly.

Pros
  • Only positive
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

Failed after one season

This pump was shop installed so I didn't buy it from Revain. However, this is exactly the model. It worked great for a season, about 1000 miles side by side on my Yamaha Rhino. Yesterday I decided to start, it works, but gasoline does not pump. I took it off and put the positive head on the input side and not a drop comes out. It seems to be a common thing.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Only available in black

Satisfied No: Fuel pumps and accessories

The pump works well, fairly quiet and only slight vibrations, I would like to point out that the inlet end of the pump is 1/8 pipe thread and with a fuel inlet the filter is supplied with a burr for the hose 5/16. The outlet end of the pump is unthreaded and has a 5/16 fitting for 5/16 ID tubing, as does the included inlet filter. Other inlet filters are available with different tubing sizes, but unless you buy some sort of tubing adapter on the outlet end, you're pretty much using 5/16 ID…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some defects

died after 2 cuts. fits fuel system

I actually bought this at a local parts store in Napa but it's the same model, installed without a hitch, worked great the first two cuts but smelled on the third after burning plastic and the mower stopped working. The motor in the pump failed so I took it off and tried it out on a workbench. You can hear it clicking but it drew a few amps of current and wouldn't spin again, too much money for something that fails right away, I recommend getting the $15 version if that's not a problem, but $60

  • Looks good

Unreliable or unreliable, spend your money elsewhere

Didn't buy from Revain, bought from an 'Irish' parts store. I chose this pump for the quality associated with the Edelbrock name. This pump was to replace the poor quality mechanical pumps being sold for my small UK car. After installation and some occasional low fuel issues, I installed a pressure gauge to monitor the pump. Sometimes the pump would put out twice the rated pressure, and sometimes it wouldn't put out any pressure at all. When driving actively, the pump flow could not meet my…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic
