I like that EBS is flexible to adapt its technical infrastructure as per our needs. We have started using it for data analytics but also use it for other applications where we can't afford to invest in separate toolsets (e.g., BI). The UI could be improved. For now, there's not much difference from what you get with AWS console or Azure portal. Support has been great! Very responsive even during late hours when most of us are asleep (in US timezones!).
