Universal bookshelf with subwoofer - great if you don't have to rotate it

The value of this kit lies in the subwoofer and the three input formats available (wired AUX, BT and optical). This is a great setup for the price, especially if you want it to be user friendly, for example to be "installed" by a non-technical person. I've seen complaints about the size of the subwoofer. In short, the more the merrier. In the professional audio world, it's not uncommon to power two subwoofers that weigh over 100 pounds each. With another Edifier product I reviewed, the mainโ€ฆ

Put BOOM in your room!

Well, first off, these speakers are HUGE. They say they are computer speakers and even show them connected to a laptop in some promotional photos. If you don't want to use huge speakers on your laptop, you won't use them in a mobile setup. I would even say that these speakers are primarily intended for an entertainment system. I was going to connect them to my desktop PC but they are so big I thought it would be better to use them when connected to my TV. The speakers consist of a tweeter, aโ€ฆ

Pleasantly impressed

To be honest I wasn't expecting much from these speakers as they are not a well known brand. However, they have more than impressed me with their use. I ordered these for my computer that has been with me since I've been working from home between 2020-2021. When they arrived I was blown away by the size of these speakers! These aren't tiny satellite speakers at all. These are full bookshelf speakers with a heavy 20 pound subwoofer! These are big! The good thing about big is what it means andโ€ฆ
