they should check items before they ship damaged threads

THe treads were bad on the second onepurchased i had to file them down did not have the time to return had to finish job that day.

New use for this part.

My power washer was giving me trouble by "air locking” due to excessive air in system. This can cause early failure of the pump.Used this with some hose fittings I got from my local hardware store and it bleeds the air out just fine! My house is on a well system and well systems are notorious for having air in the lines.

  • Very solid and well constructed! Worked like a charm to prevent air damn in my bilge pump!

  • Can be difficult to operate and adjust for inexperienced users

Works Perfectly on my review.

I installed this on my irrigation filter and it does the job. At start-up I watched as it let the trapped air out and stop right as the water hit the top. Perfect. Be sure to leave the air vent cap cracked slightly for normal operation.

  • It works and its made of brass so hopefully I'll be happy with it's performance
