A solid product for lead generation

I like that we are able to build lists of prospects in such short order, which is always helpful when you have limited resources. The data quality varies greatly from list to list. Sometimes there are more names than what you need or no names at all! We've been looking into other products but haven't found anything better yet. It's not perfect, but it gets us closer every day!   • Able easily create customizable marketing campaigns for my clients' businesses without any programming experience required; easy to use interface makes working within Excel simple enough so anyone can do their own work as well (i'm sure most people reading would be horrified by how much time i spend editing excel files!) very responsive customer service whenever an issue arises during implementation/integration between systems

Great tool with many helpful features

I like the way that eGentic makes it easy for customers to find leads, especially in my market of real estate. It's also very convenient to set up campaigns and track the results. Sometimes when you submit information, you can't edit things. Once something is entered, it's difficult to correct or change later on. I wish there were options to add an automatic follow-up to each contact so we would see if they had interest in the product. We have been able to see which contacts are interested in…

  • The ability to create lead funnels with customizable fields (such as zip code) helps me target people who live within certain areas where i may not be familiar yet but want them hear about what products/services might work best! Also love how quick turnaround time between submitting forms & having responses come back from prospects!! Great customer service too !!!! Love their responsiveness!!!! :)

Excellent Customer Service! I've had a great experience with this company!

I like that they are able to have me in contact with my sales rep within minutes of sending them an email, which is great since we don't always get this kind of service from other lead providers! They also offer many different types of products/services so it's easy to find what you're looking for when working through your list. Sometimes there can be delays between emails being sent back-and-forth but overall everything has been very smooth thus far (no complaints). We've received tons more…

  • They always return our phone calls within minutes and their reps are always willing to work with us to schedule appointments that fit OUR schedule!
Cons
  • The only thing I dislike is that I wish they had a "Pay for List" or something close to it to help cover the cost of the expensive, high quality leads they supply for us!
