I like the way that eGentic makes it easy for customers to find leads, especially in my market of real estate. It's also very convenient to set up campaigns and track the results. Sometimes when you submit information, you can't edit things. Once something is entered, it's difficult to correct or change later on. I wish there were options to add an automatic follow-up to each contact so we would see if they had interest in the product. We have been able to see which contacts are interested in our product and which ones aren't--helping us get the right leads. eGentic has helped us streamline the process and make it easier for our agents to close more deals.
