Works great. At high temperature the wax melts very quickly and at medium temperature I have to work. (I use for personal purposes). The handles are nice and cool when I need to move it.

My wax does not work and will not be returned as they said it took 30 days and only a few days have passed. I do not recommend buying this product, they said I need to replace the fuse, I change the fuse and it still doesn't work. Now I wasted a whole bag of wax because it worked for a few days, all the wax melted and then it just stopped working.

I am a beautician and bought this wax warmer for my personal use. It fits most wax jars and has a detachable pot if you want to use wax balls. It heated up quickly, kept the wax at the right temperature, and was easy to clean. I wish there was a double pot instead of one, but that's my only complaint.

Perfect size, works great! I am a beautician and ordered this to keep at my Salon Lux and it is the perfect size for heating face wax. I wanted to order a larger pot, but with my setup in my suite, that wasn't necessary. I will only epilate the face and upper body. The heat can be adjusted and there is a light to indicate when you have reached the highest temperature.
