Bought this for my husband. He used it yesterday and said it warms up his food for an hour and I mean it's hot. He overloaded the assistant coach and the liquid started bubbling, but it works well. His friend has a different brand and it takes him several hours to reheat food. His trainer is plastic and ours is metal. What value!

Advantages: Easy to carry, Warms food. Cons: Uneven heat zone, bottom center heats up much faster than the four corners. attached to the top clasp with a clip. The top clasp feels fragile, the spoon body will open easily if you just flip the top clasp. It takes about 2 hours to reheat food if you are heating rice that fills half the pot. I need a food warmer with car cord, this came with car and home cord at the best price. I've noticed that the best time to prepare a meal is 45 minutes and it can take up to an hour. After 30 minutes only the bottom half of the food is still hot, but after 45 minutes everything is hot and tastes like a freshly cooked lump.
