When heated, the wooden cabinet expands and contracts and makes a lot of noise until it finally reaches temperature. ALL metals vibrate heavily and make their own noises. The quietest heaters I've found are EdenPure. but costs 3 times more.

I bought this to increase the temperature of my office in the basement. Usually it's around 65 and only 10x15. I turned this heater up to 72 max and after 3 hours it went out due to "overheating". Number 66. Waste of money and time. A return is not possible because you have to pay half of the shipping costs. FRAUD

I have a fairly large bedroom and it's usually the coldest room in the house. This heater quietly puts out amazing heat that you can control with a digital temperature sensor, and even includes a remote control so you don't have to get up from your warm, comfortable position to turn it on. I was concerned that the outer case is wood that it would get hot and a potential fire hazard, but not in the case of the case. Overall I am very satisfied and it is worth the money.

I have about 2000 square meters of living space underground where I spend more time than ever these days. I just bought this heater to supplement the heat I get from a wood burning fireplace. I am very happy with the unit. It's relatively small, looks good, and puts out a surprising amount of heat for a fraction of the effort it takes to keep a fire going. This is the third Wood Cabinet electric heater I have owned and by far the best.

As described, love the solid wood frame, the wood color is pleasing to the eye too. The edges are well finished, there are no sharp splinters. The entire heater is cool to the touch, including the metal backing, making it very safe. It has mini legs and the drawstring is easy to put on the back.
