Installing this starter was a waste of time. Two new batteries installed at the same time and the starter could not even crank the engine fast enough to squirt starting fluid.

The best launcher I've ever installed on 7.3Fford. This thing spins a lot faster than all the others. Great starter. I had to send one back because I ordered the wrong one. Several different noses for these years (91,92,93 IDI) but returning was easy. Very happy with this starter.

This was a direct replacement for the starter on my 1986 Ford F250 6.9L. This solved all my startup problems. Now it starts IMMEDIATELY. It starts like a new imported Japanese 4 cylinder petrol car. Serious. Very happy with it.

The price of this product impresses me. My truck's glow plugs aren't working so that's a good 30 seconds to start and what's really impressive is that this starter only works to start the engine, a battery was needed. The standard starter always required two batteries, which may be due to age.
