Fast delivery, great product.

Replacing the starter motor on a Honda Accord coupe was no easy task, but it was worth it. I followed a detailed 7 minute YouTube tutorial video, took lots of pictures of the bolts and engine parts I had to remove and it took me about 3 hours to install them. Fingers crossed, key turned and the car started. I saved $200 on mechanical work. I'm a girl and before that I didn't even know what a wrench was. If I can do it, so can you.

Turns on every time! OEM package.

Installed. Installed by myself. Received new manifold gaskets. Throttle body t9 moved to one side (bought throttle body gasket but didn't need it), broken air hose hose. So I replaced it too. Much quieter than my old one which is starting to fail. My original will literally shake my car when it starts. This one seems more electric and just plain smooth. The second time I buy the electrical brand DB. My Nissan Titan has been in use for about 8 months now. No problem. this is about 4 months old…

I thought it was 5 stars - I was wrong.

I only bought it at the end of March and installed it a few weeks later. It worked fine for two months and then shut down without warning. So, $350 later, I have another fresh start. Talk about trouble because not only did I lose money on what I spent on this starter and the labor of having it professionally installed, I now also lost $350 in parts and labor on the new starter. I mean I can't send it back and wait for a replacement until my car gets a few days service. Like most people, I…

Perfect fit and like new!

My 2007 Honda Civic Si 2.0L 4-Door with about 255,000 miles needed a new starter motor which was dead. After careful research I found this. Instead of replacing it under the car or by removing the intake manifold, I just removed the front bodywork without removing the radiator, leaving enough room for a perfect replacement. Be sure to disconnect the negative battery terminal before doing anything. After installing this manufacturer, connect the negative terminal to the battery and the car will…

WORKS PERFECTLY! And great price!

Works GREAT! Acura charged $535 for the OEM part and my first child for the job. Received this same day shipment via Revain Prime, my husband installed it himself in about 3 hours (Youtube video and Acura forums). Works perfectly! I will update in a few months. I have a 2007 Acura TSX with almost 140,000 miles on it. Update April 2017: Still reliable! Works great with no problems. Only once or twice did I go to start the car and get silence. Just pulled the key and tried again 5 seconds later…

Out of warranty but not by much

This starter was purchased in December 2016 and fitted over the January 2017 long weekend. It worked great for a year and then started spinning weaker. I assumed it was anything but the starter and replaced the wiring, batteries, connectors, ground etc. Nothing helped, it's June 2019 and I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for a tow truck to pick me up. The starter is officially dead, it is very difficult to replace it. If I could do it again, which I seem to be doing, I'd spend the extra…

You get what you pay for. Pay more for the best option.

The launch was too good a price to be true. Purchased in April 2017 to replace a failed 10 year old factory starter with a 2007 Honda Accord 2.4L. Seven months later, the starter turns but the flywheel does not engage. Cross-delivery replacement under warranty. Six weeks later, the replacement starter will not start. Dyno testing at a local auto parts store shows the internal solenoid is energized but the motor is not turning. Sent back for a refund. I took a chance with this starter which cost

installed 2007 Accord LX 4 cyl. The previous starter cranked the engine slowly and sounded like the battery was dying, repaired the battery and wire connections from the battery to the starter and narrowed it down to a starter problem. I replaced the old starter with this model and the engine revs and starts quickly as it should, has been running well for a month now. This item cost less than a third of a brand new Honda starter, less than half the price you would charge at parts stores, so the
