UPDATE - we've decided to send it back. That does not work. We reinstalled the product twice and it still doesn't work properly. When we are in the room we can turn the handle to lock the door. However, when we are outside the room, the handle rotates but does not block the lock. We even used the key to lock the door and it turned out to be locked.
