I noticed they would bunch up in my slip-on shoes and stick to my feet as I slipped out of my shoes. They also got pilled and fibers from the material would stick to my feet. They lasted a week and I threw them out.

When I received and opened cardboard , no products in the package . Only package that was opened by someone was there . But ebay sent me replacement quickly and this products is very comfortable even in hot weather .

You don't get these for support; these are a flat, thin, odor elimination insert. I returned them because the heel was too narrow. I wear a size 12; so I may need to get a larger size range.
