Heating element too hot. Rice sticks to the bottom and doesn't burn if left on for more than 25 minutes. I got my first rice cooker 35 years ago so I know my rice. It would be great if there was an auto shut off feature. This rice cooker gets the job done, but not without the grains sticking to the bottom of the pot in time for cooking time. No beep when rice is done; The button automatically switches from "cook" to "keep warm". So you need to keep a close eye on it. I've scraped the rice off the floor several times. Overall it's worth what it's sold for, but I wouldn't consider it a bargain. I will replace it with a better one soon.

Nice rice cooker at a great price. Perfect size for my family. Rice is very nice and fluffy. I was a little hesitant to buy at first as some of the reviews were negative. Easy to use measurements, it comes with a rice measuring cup and markings inside the water measuring cup. Plug it in and push the button down and you're done.
