I am very satisfied with the product. I actually installed it myself. At that time there was no one who could help me. Supplied with wall or ceiling mounts. Made ceiling adjustment. Customer service was great in helping me adjust the bottom position.

The screen was pressed so far into the housing upon delivery that we had to partially disassemble the product only for the screen to fall off. The left side of the cocking knob is broken but honestly it's too much work to ship this massive thing then it stands up and it's already flat enough that I don't need any adjustment.

I was very nervous after reading other reviews as to whether this item would appear intact and wrinkle free. It was well packed. I unboxed and installed it and when I lowered it for the first time it was perfectly smooth and flat. I've had this for a few weeks now, seems to be working well. Pros: The surface is smooth and even, ceiling mounting was easy although wiring was tricky, the motor works reliably and raises and lowers with a wireless or wired remote control, or automatically when connected to my projector's trigger.
