Love the way it picks up hair. Unfortunately the first time I used it I was cleaning the carpet in the bedroom and then started tiling when the rubber part of the bristles came loose from the hard broom head.

Great product, falls off easily - just wish it didn't feel so flimsy when it pops out. Ideal for removing pet hair from carpet before vacuuming. The small brush is great for cleaning cars and removing pet hair.

This is a handy little tool for anyone who loves pets. I find myself reaching for this instead of a broom. It collects any hair on the tiles that your broom missed and once I've vacuumed the carpet I use it to pick up any stubborn hair. The only downside is that it unscrews at the base so sometimes I have to tighten it. The small hand stick is perfect for stairs.

This broom is almost perfect. I have two fluffy cats and tiles on the floor. It removes all dust and hair particles from the floor and is excellent for cleaning tiled floors. The only thing that prevents it from being perfect is that the nozzle comes loose from time to time. It should be removable so it can be washed, but there's no way to lock it in place.

Broom works well but the head keeps coming off. Seems to be bad design. Cannot be screwed, no locking mechanism. So you have to be careful how much force you use when sweeping the carpet. I would also have liked it to be a bit wider. We use it in a very open space. The manual brush does not work as expected. I don't actually use it and opt for a regular bristle brush to get the job done.
