I have a low pile carpet and this thing is a pain knowing what to use on my desk = I have had two other task chairs in this exact same location, the location is absolutely none Problem - I just don't use this chair very often

Not a very good product. Mine arrived scratched. Gold looks like plastic, fabric is cheaper jersey. Once you have assembled it, it cannot be disassembled to return it properly. The seller said he would refund the purchase but it's a huge hassle to return a new box!

This is probably the worst product I've bought from Revain. I don't understand how Elle Decor sold this chair for over $200 when it was cheaply made with writing under the upholstery. The wheels didn't work and are ergonomically impractical. I was blown away by the quality of this product. You should be ashamed of yourself!

I bought this chair which was returned because I needed it to complement another in my home office. There was no new one. It arrived with loose screws in the box. Unfortunately, not all screws were included. After a trip to the hardware store I was able to complete the assembly. You definitely need two people.

I don't know what I did when I ordered this chair. I usually read detailed reviews and trust the opinions of my Revain buyers, but for some reason I didn't in this case. The chair is terrible! The metal looks like dirty brown mustard. The fabric is normal, the cats like it. At least two of the wheels don't spin, making pushing off the table a tedious task. Please please please don't spend more than $200 on this thing like I did. I will sell it on Facebook Marketplace for $30.
