Very nice! Fast delivery in just a few days even though it was shipped from India. The only small issue is that the fabric was a little damp, probably due to the weather. After a few hours in the sun everything was fine.

The embroidery design was missing tassels and lots of loose threads which I had to fix with clear nail polish. I understand that I paid a low price for this product, but that doesn't mean I should be okay with receiving a damaged product. I would buy 4 more for Christmas gifts but not worth it.

This picture is misleading! I DID NOT realize it was just a blank cover - no insert! Ridiculous - what the heck am I supposed to do with an empty ottoman lid? Several people have written that they filled it with empty sheets and towels - but what does it look like? Is it smooth or voluminous? On a positive note the cover is actually nicely done but I think they should have taken a bit more and sold the finished product.

The pouf is nicely embroidered and looks just like the product photo but the hole at the bottom where you stuff the stuffing is quite small - I've tried tucking it in the duvet I used to stuff a pouf and it was very difficult! Also, the hole is ripped at one end, luckily it's on the bottom so it's not noticeable when the pouf is in use, but it's annoying. The zipper was also torn off at one end and the zipper puller was slipping off. I managed to put it back on so the zipper is still usable…
