There are many guides and follow up emails from this seller but I haven't had any problems with frizz. At first I thought there was only one pillow as the packaging was very flat. It quickly fluffed and folded up so I could put it in my new pillowcase. I love that the pillow sags when you lean on it - it doesn't recede like a bed pillow and keeps its original shape.

I rarely give a star for anything. But unfortunately this product deserves nothing better. They are too soft without support. I read the reviews first because they aren't cheap and I've already tried several different pillow inserts with no success! I'm so sad. I've had ones that were too hard, too soft or too small and now I have down and feather inserts. For me they have some support but not enough. So just don't settle for any of them.
