I am editing my review due to the excellent customer service and FAST replacement of the faulty oven I purchased. I like the design of the oven and it works well. The knobs require a bit of dexterity to turn and push to keep the throttle going, but once you get the hang of it it doesn't really matter. I recommend empava bc theorems customer service is impressive!

First I gave this product a 2 star rating. But after I found out about the faulty power board which disabled the igniter (we used a match to light it up), I got a new power board 6 weeks later. Once reassembled and working properly, the cooker will make a wonderful AND BEAUTIFUL addition to our kitchen. The size allows you to use multiple pots and pans without touching each other. It was also an easy-to-clean supplement. I've attached a photo of the small piece that initially gave me trouble.

Nice stove but you need to make sure you have the right gas fitting. It's just a connector sticking out from the bottom. One thing I don't like is that when lighting the eye you have to hold the handle for a long time until the sensor gets hot before the flame ignites. Designed like this. Difficult to ignite. The sensor ensures that the gas is switched off if there is no flame. My wife says it's hard to clean because you have to remove the heavy poles to clean it properly. I have no problem…

I own a home renovation business so I usually know what I'm talking about in this space. Install it, it will reduce the cost a little. It has no tabletop clips, which is very unusual. I've attached silicone to my granite countertop and it's fine, but I would have preferred some hard clips on the bottom. I was having problems with the burner ignition. One even went straight to the boil. I had to return the first one because it was damaged when I opened it. They replaced it quickly with no problems, but we've had problems ever since. I just don't want to fuss with getting it back, waiting for a new one, buying a new gas line. I only installed it a few days ago so I'm not sure about the durability or customer service but that's what I know. I really like the safety feature of the thermocouple. Grills have a lower flame and are lighter. At first I wasn't sure if I would like it, but it heats up faster and cools down again. When our electric hob broke due to a bowl being dropped I replaced it with a gas hob. A few questions: 1. The dimensions of the gas range blocked the hole in the countertop but was slightly shorter in width and length than the old electric range. I had to add a wooden frame to the bottom to keep the hob centered and prevent it from falling out if moved too far to the side. Cast iron grids are placed high, reducing the distance from the top of the pot on the stovetop to the microwave and exhaust
