The best thing about encounterworks is it's easy to use and integrate with most ER systems. We have had very few issues. It takes some getting used to how you interact with the system. I like how it is very easy to create an encounter using this product. It's not too difficult for someone with no experience in creating encounters or scheduling appointments/follow ups etc. to use. The customer service has been great so far! We have been able to get our office set-up without having any issues at all and there hasn't really been anything we don't love about their products yet (knock on wood). The ability to have all my records in one place is awesome! I also love how easy it makes scheduling appointments for both myself AND patients!! It really helps me keep track everything at once instead having tons or paper files everywhere. There could be more options with different colors/fonts etc but this isn't an issue now since you can change things easily online (or from your phone if using mobile app).
