    Prompt return received. The battery does not hold a charge

    The battery does not hold a charge. Receive a "low battery" alert on my phone. As soon as I reported this issue to the seller, they immediately refunded my payment and added something for my effort. Excellent customer service.

    Not what I needed. Misleading package.

    The packaging photo was misleading, so I bought the wrong battery for my type of phone. You must show the battery on the outside of the box so the customer can identify the shape of the battery. I bought another one based on the picture of the battery without the box and it was the right choice.

    Buy the same make and model number to ensure they work with your phone.

    I was lucky enough to find the same brand "Enercell" as my old battery so I was able to find the exact model number 23-935. It is NOT enough just to meet the specifications of 3.6V/700mAh; I learned this the hard way; previous purchase was too small for my cordless phone. That's why there are so many one star reviews here - because it didn't fit, not because it had a crappy battery (my previous Enercell lasted at least three years, long enough that I can't remember exactly how old it is )…
