🔧 Enhanced Engine Oil Dipstick for Cooper S Supercharged Turbo Models: Improved Performance and Precision Review

Perfect fit for my 2096 Mini Cooper S. It is difficult to insert so I have to guide the rod carefully not to snap it like the original. clicked.

The guys at Car Talk said "Don't change stations or the end of your dipstick will fall off." Well I must have changed stations because mine has changed! It fits perfectly and I haven't touched my radio since I bought it ;-)

This item was intended to replace the original dipstick in my 2008 Cooper Clubman. It's difficult to get an accurate reading on an OEM flash drive, and I thought (wrongly) that almost anything would be better. well, it definitely wasn't better. The brim didn't seem any more visible than the one that came with the car so I returned it.

Very difficult to get into. Then it got stuck because of the o-rings. I had to twist to get it out and it broke in half. Luckily the bottom half was held in place by a fiberglass thread so it came out. Otherwise it would be a great catastrophe. I ended up spending on an expensive dipstick that said it was easy to use. Spiral metal probe that fits snugly into the pipe. It worked great.

It's very cheap - not only cheap but poor quality. After my original dipstick expired after 14 years, I ordered it as a temporary replacement until the holidays are over when I don't feel so bad about losing $75 at the Cravenspeed. Unfortunately, this probe broke within the first week. That. A week later I had to fish the bottom third of that crappy dipstick out of the dipstick tube. Don't waste your money on this flimsy, cheap piece of crap.
