Works great saves time

The device works perfectly. Keep in mind that this almost inaccessible screw protrudes from the wood when removed, reducing the space available for the wrench. That goes for all of these devices, but I didn't think about it when I bought this one. I removed the screw but it was very, very tight. I wish there was a pocket for small screwdriver bits. Tip: keep the packaging and reseal the tool and bits with a rubber band. Otherwise, if you're like me, you'll be lost forever.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Wrinkled

Great little tool - power and hand tools

My wife and I installed a Murphy bed in a room with an 8 foot ceiling. The bed frame was 7ft 10in and had to be screwed to the wall to hold it up. There wasn't much room to insert a screwdriver, but this little tool made it easy for us to get the screw in. I've since used it on two other hard-to-reach spots. It has a simple ratcheting mechanism that allows you to tighten or loosen it. The device itself allows you to push the tool when screwing is difficult. Looks flimsy but is actually wellโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Inspires Confidence
Cons
  • Out of Style

Good tool but most valuable part is the hex bits

Tried to find a cross drive with very little play to replace the window drive in a wooden window. Someone complained about the plastic parts - all supporting and stressed parts are steel. Only the seal and contact parts are made of plastic. Does not affect reliability. The vertical distance from the tip of the bit to the tip of the ratchet is 13/16 inches. Better than others though. For people looking for a narrow gap drive, it's even more helpful that the included hex bits are only 11/16" long

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
