🚿 EO Shower Gel, Lavender, 16 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 2) Review

This product and fragrance are amazing! It's fresh, clean and energizing. I tried it for the first time after a very hot and humid day of golf. I was exhausted, sweaty and dirty. I took a shower and used this body to wash. It was great and I especially like the taste. That gave me a second wind that day. This is my new favorite product of 2020.

I was excited to try this shower gel not only for the grapefruit mint scent but also for the essential oils which I was hoping would moisturize my very dry skin would. The smell is minimal so I added about twenty drops of my own Ruby Grapefruit essential oil which greatly improved the smell. In terms of hydration, the skin felt good when washed, but there was no moisture on my skin after drying. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. Such a refreshing body gel. He feels great after a wet day. I love the grapefruit flavor. It's light and gentle. I would say that it has more of the mint essence than the mint smell. Not obsessive, but not so light that you don't feel anything. A balanced aroma is ideal for sensitive skin.

I usually love EO products so thought this would be a great deal. I didn't know if I would like this scent but thought for the price it would be worth a try. The product is nothing special. Like anything I can get anywhere but the smell is disgusting. I never thought rose and lemon would smell like this. It doesn't smell like rose and even I thought you knew it's a lemon, I've never had a lemon that smells like that. Smells sour. As I have 2 bottles of this and don't have money to spend on my waistline I have to mix it with another gel to try and calm (not kill) the smell just enough for me to use - slowly. Great smell but very dry skin. Made by EO Products who also make a 3 in 1 soap for those who don't have this dryness problem. It also takes plenty of body wash to hold the lather. So it's very easy to get through a 16 ounce bottle.

I was trying to buy liquid hand soap in April of the pandemic and couldn't find it anywhere. I bought this on a whim and it soon became my favorite hand soap in the house. We love the smell, it's not too soapy and rinses off easily. I can't say it's moisturizing, but it's not drying either. Simply a beautiful, clean, effective soap for every part of the body.

I like the smell. I don't like that it's mostly water. It takes too many puffs (7 puffs) to get a good lather. When I ordered this, I thought one thing and did it. My goal was to stretch it to carry me through the pristine mosquito summer. I will update and add Ivory liquid soap and additional lavender oil. I refuse to let my only idea fail!
