seems to give an energy boost, helps with muscle recovery/strengthening.

Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are key ingredients to build muscle strength and speed recovery/reduce soreness. Lift at least 160 (or whatever the client's weight is) pounds. After taking them I notice less soreness, faster recovery time and seemingly a little more strength. threonine. I didn't notice anything too noticeable. off, but it helps with the nervous system and reduces spasticity (I don't have these issues so maybe that's why I'm not noticing much effect from this particular one. The amino acid seems to be working.

I am 63 years old. I started taking these amino acids about two months ago before my second back surgery. Nine days ago I had back surgery (laminectomy L2 - L3). I wanted to have something in my system that would aid in a speedy recovery. Unexpected results after just one pill!?

I ordered this add-on for different reasons than what I've known so far. I've gotten them to help me with tissue repair and regeneration and for general well-being.
