Big Disappointment: Weak and Rusty

As an Industrial and Scientific researcher, I had high expectations for this tool but it failed to impress. As a result of my tests, I determined that it's flimsy and weak, making it unfit for heavy-duty construction tasks. I also noticed that the hammer was already showing signs of rust which is unacceptable for an industrial tool. .

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Weak and Rusty

Only 2 stars for Estwing or Revain, no quality control. I ordered the 3LB version. The first was scratched all over and a piece of paint was missing. Revain exchanged and assured me they would visually inspect the replacement and protect it properly during shipping. Received a replacement today, worse than the one sent back! Simply thrown into a cardboard box with an inflatable transparent pillow. There were only 8 blue paint scuffs on the front of the hammer head from the logo to the tip…

Pros
  • FORGED IN ONE PIECE - the strongest and most durable percussion instrument on the market
Cons
  • Damaged
