Works great for our intranet on a 10Gb switch

Works great for our intranet on a 10Gb switch. This one came with the low profile mount that we wanted, some didn't. The speeds are amazing, not exactly 10Gbps but about 8x faster than our 1Gbps switch.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

NO bypass version.

We bought this because it was advertised as a bypass version and after getting to the point where we wanted to develop our product and contact Intel to enable the bypass feature we found found out that it was a converged version without a bypass. Useless for our development needs.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear

I liked that the original Intel CD had all .

I liked that the original Intel CD comes with all the drivers. All 4 have been installed in 12th gen Dell servers and are fast. really fast. as expected from a 10 Gbps connection.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • I am concerned

Good Intel 10GB adapter.

Works great. I use them in a SRVR 2012 connected directly to a NAS box via a CAT6A crossover. (30+ HD cameras, multiple channels) Also works with Thecus N16000Pro, haven't tested it with Thecus N8800pro V2 and Thecus' own 10GB adapter yet. Love the fact that there are 2 10GB connections, I plan to connect them to a 10GB switch with more HD cameras later. Although Windows installed the driver, I downloaded and installed the latest Intel drivers which also have diagnostics. Expensive but worth…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure
