🚗 Ettore Automotive Red Auto Squeegee Review

Each of the three Ettore mop I bought this month has a notch in the middle of the blade! picture is misleading; The blade is NOT straight and flat. This mop brand used to be the best but now it's worse. I bought this head to fix the one I had but it has the exact same problem. Avoid this product!

You had to press hard to get a full wipe and even then it didn't work very well. I always thought it was me, but upon inspection I noticed the rubber scraper was bent and wavy. I just replaced mine with a 25 year old because the sponge was too badly damaged to be functional. Of course I kept it too long to get a refund.

I ordered a couple of these for our shop if you can get one without a notch in the middle of the rubber they are really good. Ettore makes a great scraper but if stored incorrectly something will leave an imprint in the middle of the rubber which in turn will leave a large streak when you clean the scraper. The screen on the scrubber side also falls apart fairly quickly.

It works great, I had to wash our car's rear windows in the winter, will probably use it to clean the windows in ours A house. The only thing I wish it had was with a handle, my husband made one and it works. That was the only negative, I used it a lot when the weather was warm I clean all the windows. With Covid, gas stations have all disabled their mops. But it works well, the sponge doesn't crack or shrink.
