Eureka Beam Whole House Muffler Review

This muffler is a great addition to my home and kitchen. My analysis of this product showed that it significantly reduced the noise from my vacuum, making cleaning less disruptive to my family's activities. It installs quickly and easily, and it fits perfectly with my vacuum. The only downside is that it may not fit all vacuum models, so be sure to check compatibility before purchasing. Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to decrease the noise of their vacuum.

I measured the noise level before installing the silencer. Measured 99.5dB SPL. It's noisy. I installed a silencer, the sound level dropped to 81.5 dB. 18dB quieter. Much better.

Easily cut noise levels in half, if not more. My vacuum outlet is quite short, only 5 feet long, which makes it look like an organ. You can definitely get some tonal overtones. I installed a silencer at the outlet end of the pipe (farthest from the vacuum). I don't know if it makes a difference but it worked really well.
