Cuts aluminum like a laser beam. You can use other saw blades to cut aluminum, but you will end up with chip loading problems.

The knife cuts like butter! More torque from the saw and longer rotation, but the end result is clean and precise 👍 great choice and worth every penny 😎

It cuts, and it cuts pretty well. The problem I had was that it was terribly unbalanced. I 3D printed a balancer and balanced the blade with tape. I didn't have to do this for a $100 blade.

I use it to cut Bosch Rexroth profiles, it cuts well without having to re-mill. I've made many cuts and it still works great, the blade has no real damage or wear on the ends.

Yes it's an expensive blade. There are no two options here. But it works so well that it's definitely worth the money. In combination with my evo jigsaw, it cuts aluminum flawlessly, produces very smooth cuts and leaves the aluminum cool to the touch right after the cut. Sometimes a bit of extra thin aluminum can stick to the bottom of the cut, but that's not a bad thing and it cleans up easily. I prefer this much more than cutoff saws and am very glad I got my hands on it.
