This works great for me - I follow the Curly Girl Hair Care Method and it works well for the t-shirt drying and spanking part of the routine. I let my hair dry for about 20 minutes, then take it off and let it air dry for some more time. I get way better curls on days when I have time for it than days when I miss it. works for me! :)

I love this hair t shirt! I use it to wrap a thermal cap when I make my hair conditioner. It helps keep you warm. And then I use it to soak up excess water after shampooing. Easy to apply and leaves no fluffy ends. I have a big head and it still fits me. The trick is to pull (stretch) the elastic sides back and down as directed in the instructions, then twist the tail and pull up.

I've wanted one of these t-shirt towels for a long time, but refuse to pay the $30 or so advertised on many major hair care websites. A search for Revain turned up this particular brand. I washed my hair this morning and was very happy. High quality towel and very spacious. It is easy to put on the head and is fixed with a lock with a button. I have 3B medium length fine curly hair so a t-shirt is essential as even microfiber towels get caught on the ends. I came across this in WM a few years ago and still haven't found it again. When my hair is wet, I gently wring the water out of the ends so they don't get wet. I didn't dry my hair completely with this. Sounds weird, doesn't it?! No! I don't want the ends of my hair to dry before I've finished my other skin treatments. I find it more convenient to use if you have a button next to the back of your head. I've also found that it's easier to zip up if I gently tug on the elastic so it's snug against my back. This cape is perfection. I have very curly hair and wrapped it in a long sleeve t-shirt. Thats much better! This is t-shirt material but angled with a cute button and crochet hook for a perfect fit. Very convenient. Exactly what I was looking for.

The headband is well made - no loose stitching or threads but the material and construction leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. While the fabric isn't tangle-free or rough on the hair, it's not absorbent enough to hold all the moisture of freshly washed hair (even after initially patting with my bath towel, water still runs off my hair when I wrap).
